INGREDIENTS BOOK

This book only lists the ingredients pertaining to products and recipes available at the University of Auckland Residence Halls.

Please note the ingredients are not listed in descending order by weight and sub-ingredients that make up a compound ingredient are not listed.

This book should not be used as a reference for allergens nor is it a reflection of the allergens present at each meal service.

Should you wish to have further information of the allergens in your meals, please refer to the Allergen Declaration Card present at your

dining hall at each meal service and speak to one of our friendly staff.

There may be variations with product and recipes secondary, but not limited to factors such as seasonality, product changes, supply availability and recipe adaptation.

This book is an ongoing project and will be continuously updated to incorporate new recipes and menu revisions as they become available.
